“This is not at all as described. They texted me the day of the experience and said I should walk. I kept asking if they could pick up because it was hot and they complained that the traffic was too long and they’d be very late. Finally I just agreed. They had no idea when we got there what to do. When we finally found the checkin person, he told me to pick an option and pay—even though we had already selected and paid through Viator. There was nowhere to stay for additional relaxation time as promised and no beverages offered. No one was waiting when we finished to drive…”
