Meet your English-speaking perfumer outside Hafiz Mustafa 1864 and spend two hours testing more than 50 ingredients, from Turkish rose to sandalwood. Create a personal 50ml scent, label the bottle, and take home its recipe, certificate, and a tasty Istanbul memory.

In a small English-language class near Eminönü, instructors such as Petek, Aleyna, Benjamin, Fatma, and Mesude explain Turkish coffee traditions, guide you through preparation, and read the grounds. You taste coffee, tea, and Turkish delight, then take home a coffee cup or small set.

Meet a local host such as Nuran, Kevser, Rojda, or Özge in a real Istanbul home near Besiktas. Over about three hours, you’ll prepare dishes such as dolma, börek, meze, salads, or Turkish breakfast, then eat together and talk about family life and food traditions.
